Career
Denis Salama, Partner, admitted to the bar of Paris, is one of the co-founders of the firm.
He started his practice in 1977 by litigating business law and real estate law cases. His good knowledge of his clients’ markets and his ability to negociate led him to advise companies in industrial, distribution and service industry fields on all the contractual and external growth aspects.
He has been appointed as one of the Arbitrators of the “College Européen de Résolution des Conflits” (European College of Dispute Resolution).
Furthermore, Denis has always been involved in professional authorities, being successively a member of the Paris Bar Council, chairman of CARPA’s Advisory Board and now a member of the CARPA’s Management Board.
