Position

Elife provides legal advice for Senguler & Senguler in relation to employment law matters. She has broad range of experience in advising local and multinational foreign investors particularly in employment law, individual and collective labour law disputes, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and defending clients before courts against employee claims.

She also advises on terminations proceedings, top management terminations, workplace policies, employment aspect of cross border acquisitions, business transfer, M&A and outsourcing.
