Martin Kubík specializes among others in corporate law, M&A, corporate restructuring, securities and capital markets.

Martin Kubík is a co-author of the Commentary on the Corporations Act. He is also a seasoned lecturer and autor or co-author of numerous articles. On of them, concerning the current situation on the market of mergers and acquisitions in the Czech Republic, was published by the respected analytical company International Financial Law Review, which has been providing independent analyzes of the international legal services market focusing on the financial sector for almost 30 years.

Martin has been recently providing legal services to Asental, O2 Czech Republic, Skanska, Ernst & Young, ČEZ and many others clients of KŠB, including international groups.
