Career

Marie joined VVGB in 2022 as a trade lawyer.

Prior to joining VVGB, Marie completed her legal studies at Ghent University (LL.B., master’s degree, with a focus on international economic law). She obtained an LL.M. in European and International Business Law at the University of Vienna. During her LL.M. in Vienna, Marie was admitted to the partner program in intellectual property law at Stanford Law School.

During her studies, Marie interned at VVGB’s trade department.

She is fluent in Dutch, English and French.

Marie is a member of the Brussels Bar.
