Career

Dana Yagur is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group.
Dana has extensive experience in representing Israeli and international corporations in various transactions in a wide range of areas, with an emphasis on Israeli companies acting abroad and multinational companies operating in Israel. A major part of Dana’s practice focuses on representation of clients vis-à-vis various regulatory authorities, including in connection with governmental support programs provided by the Israeli National Technology and Innovation Authority (formerly known as the Office of the Chief Scientist). In addition, Dana leads the firm’s practice in connection with representation of nonprofit organizations, many of which the firm represents pro bono.

Dana represents investors (including corporations and investment funds) from China & Asia Pacific countries in investments,M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions with Israeli companies, and in establishing a presence in Israel. In addition, Dana represents Israeli companies in commercial transactions with entities from China and Asia Pacific countries.
