Career

Dana Peleg-Slobodkin is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Dana has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including representation in large and complex real property transactions. Dana handles SPAs regarding complex assets (shopping centers, hotels, manufacturing facilities and office buildings), represents clients in JV, financing, combination and BOT agreements, and advises on construction projects from the initial stage of acquisition of the land to the occupancy and sale of the units.

Dana has expertise in urban renewal projects and also represents clients in transactions in the agricultural sector.

Prior to joining our firm, Dana worked as a legal advisor for a leading US investment and development firm and in a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
