William joined Chevalier & Sciales in June 2023 as a Luxembourg tax partner. William’s expertise covers tax structuring of international investment management structures, advisory on mergers and acquisitions transactions and private wealth structuring.

He acquired a long-standing experience in assisting and advising asset managers and multinational organizations in the management of acquisitions and holding structures for real estate, private equity operations, financing and reorganization of financial institutions, securitization transactions and structured financial products.

He also acts as the trusted advisor for wealth planning and family capital services designed for private clients in the management of their cross-border legal and tax planning needs.

Before joining Chevalier Sciales, William was a partner heading the tax department of an international law firm in Luxembourg.
