Johannes joined bpv Huegel’s Corporate/M&A practice group in 2021 as an Attorney at Law. He is specialized in corporate law, M&A transactions and restructurings. One of his industry focuses is on private equity, venture capital and start-ups. He also represents clients in litigation.
