Maya specializes in non-marine insurance, reinsurance and corporate law with emphasis on directors & officers liability insurance. Maya regularly consults on financial institutions matters, including D&O liability claims, major class actions and other complicated liability insurance cases.
Maya has considerable experience in drafting policy wordings specifically designated to the Israeli market in all areas of insurance. She has been extensively involved in regulatory proceedings with the Commissioner of Insurance. Maya advises insurers and other clients on a current basis on various corporate law matters.
