Position
Megan is a partner at Spoor & Fisher. She specialises in all aspects of intellectual property law, including prosecution, portfolio management, litigation, in particular trade mark and copyright infringement, passing off, unlawful competition, Advertising Regulatory Board complaints, company name objections, and domain name disputes. Megan has extensive experience in all facets and aspects of IP matters; she acts and is a consultant for a number of blue-chip companies.
Career
Megan completed her BLC LLB degree (cum laude) at the University of Pretoria in 1994. She joined Spoor & Fisher in 1996 and was admitted into the partnership in 2003.
