Position

Charl is a partner at Spoor & Fisher. He specialises in anti-counterfeiting, trade mark infringement and copyright infringement matters, he assists with the training of Customs and Police Officials on product identification and procedures in terms of the Counterfeit Goods Act as well as anti-counterfeit operations in South Africa and Africa. He also assists the Police, Interpol and Customs in various African countries like Namibia, Botswana, Angola, Mozambique, Zambia, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Kenya with in-market operations and strategies to combat counterfeit goods.
