Position
Adv. Lampert is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. Adv. Lampert specializes in business transactions between Israeli and foreign companies, the legal aspects of foreign investments in Israel and the impact of various legal systems on transnational businesses transactions and investments.
Adv. Lampert’s expertise focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, including inbound and outbound transactions and representation of either the acquiring or selling side; international securities offerings by Israeli companies, including representing issuers, selling shareholders and underwriters.
