Position

Adv. Dubi Zoltak is the Head of the Corporate and Capital Markets Department, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Adv. Zoltak specializes in international commercial transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and international real estate projects. Adv. Zoltak also regularly advises leading private companies, as well as public companies listed for trade in Israel and abroad.

Adv. Zoltak possesses extensive experience in representing clients in complex  merger and acquisition transactions in Israel and abroad, and leading the interdisciplinary teams required for providing comprehensive consultation for such transactions. In addition, Adv. Zoltak advises start-up companies on all legal aspects relating to their various stages of life, and advises venture capital funds and other investors with respect to their investment in start-up companies.

In addition, Adv. Zoltak possesses extensive experience relating to private investment funds (including private equity funds and venture capital funds), and he handles all aspects of their establishment, investment and realization activity. Adv. Zoltak also advises financial institutions with respect to their investments in private investment funds of all types.

In recent years, Adv. Zoltak has acquired extensive and unique experience in the area of international real estate investments, particularly in the U.S. In this field of practice, Adv. Zoltak advises clients on the drafting of investment, joint venture and cooperation agreements with local entrepreneurs and partners in diverse geographical territories. In addition, Adv. Zoltak has gained substantial experience complex real-estate purchase agreement, as well as financing related to such international real estate transaction. All such services are provided by Adv. Zoltak while utilizing his extensive experience in the corporate field and in international M&A transactions, and in collaboration with leading law firms world-wide.
