Position

Adv. Eyal Bar Eliezer is the Managing Partner of the firm and is the head of the Commercial Litigation Department in the office. Eyal Bar Eliezer is one of the senior commercial litigators in Israel and is engaged in a variety of fields of litigation in the commercial law area, including disputes in the field of corporate law, contract law, corporate torts, tenders law and more.

Career

Eyal is involved in some of the largest and most complex disputes in Israel. He has many years of experience in this field and he regularly appears before the highest judicial tribunals, in alternate proceedings which include complicated mediation and arbitration proceedings.

In addition, Eyal has unique expertise in commercial actions in the field of agriculture and water. Eyal handled the largest and most complex lawsuits that were conducted in this field in Israel, some of which were precedent-setting. One notable lawsuit was a precedential ruling that imposed liability on governmental authorities.
