Career

Yarom Romem’s practice focuses on corporate law, particularly venture capital and private equity financings, representation of emerging growth companies, fund formation and secondary transactions.
Yarom has represented a variety of Israeli and international venture capital and corporate investors as well as private investors in their investment activity from seed rounds through to late stage investment rounds. Yarom represents a variety of emerging growth companies in all facets of their activity from day to day matters through to major financings and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Yarom represents general partners, fund sponsors and limited partners in fund formation and provides ongoing counsel to venture capital and private equity funds and investors.
Yarom also has substantial expertise in the representation of secondary funds in various transactions, including purchases of partnership interests, fund extensions and the sales of entire portfolios.
Prior to joining Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, Yarom was in-house counsel for over five years at BRM Capital, a leading Israeli venture capital fund, where in addition to representing BRM Capital in numerous transactions, he gained valuable insight into the internal workings of venture capital funds.

Who’s Who Legal 2019 Edition ranks Yarom Romem as being among the world’s leading attorneys in the Funds Formation field.

Yarom graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1996 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1997.
Yarom joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2009.
