Career

Nimrod Vromen lives and breathes startups, investors (private and VC) and acquirers. He has extensive experience in handling corporate partnerships, strategic investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and private financings that involve both well established and emerging growth companies.

Nimrod has represented hundreds of clients with experience of over 15 years in the high-tech sector. Among them are several businesses he guided from the inception of their idea through their evolution into becoming a mature company and/or to being acquired.

In 2020, Nimrod founded, together with Arnon, Tadmor-Levy and Mr. Moshe Levin (an experienced venture capitalist and executive), Consiglieri – an innovative consulting firm for startups and investors in Israel and around the world.

Further as part of his activity in the startup ecosystem, Nimrod co-founded and co-manages YTech Runway Ltd., a platform for entrepreneurs and investors found on www.ytechrunway.com and www.founderrunway.com.

Nimrod received his LL.B. and completed a degree in Business Management in 2008, both from Tel Aviv University. He received his Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University’s Recanati Business School in 2014. Nimrod was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2009. He joined the firm that year and became a partner in 2016.
