Ian is a formidable Leasehold Reform Act specialist in: lease extensions and freehold acquisitions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and Leasehold Reform Act 1967; service charges issues; block management issues; right to manage claims; missing landlord cases; leasehold houses.
