Madeeha is a solicitor in the Housing and Property Disputes Department at Anthony Gold, based in our London Bridge office. Madeeha has a broad range of experience having acted for tenants, landlords and managing agents. She specialises in claims for housing disrepair, unlawful eviction, possession, homelessness reviews and S204 appeals, breach of lease and service charge disputes. She has experience in multitrack claims including matters consisting of Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) 1996 and contentious probate claims. Madeeha has also conducted homelessness judicial reviews successfully challenging local authority’s decisions.

Madeeha completed her Law LLB degree in 2015 and completed her Legal Practice Course in 2017.  She began her training contract in a Legal 500 firm where she qualified as a Solicitor in 2019.
