Position

Katarzyna specialises in transactions involving the financing and establishing of security and the sale of debt portfolios at both national and international level, and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

She has extensive practical experience in regulatory advice to Polish and foreign financial institutions and fintechs, including payment and lending institutions. Katarzyna represents clients in proceedings to obtain the appropriate authorisations to operate in Poland.

Katarzyna supports clients in devising transaction structures, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation in financing and refinancing transactions and in M&A processes, particularly involving public companies and with the participation of venture capital and private equity funds.
