Position

Ioanna Poulakou is a senior associate of our corporate commercial practice.

Ioanna focuses on corporate and commercial law. She regularly provides legal advice to domestic and international corporations on Greek corporate law issues, including company formation and establishment formalities, and provides support on issues related to their day-to-day operation. She is also regularly involved in corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, she has participated in several due diligence exercises, mainly examining compliance with corporate obligations and formalities.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2009 and to the New York Bar in 2014. She joined our firm in 2011.

Ioanna is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
