Position
Anders Ørskov Melballe has many years of experience as a specialist in restructuring companies, bankruptcy processing and dispute resolution. He is a certified insolvcency lawyer by the association Danish Insolvency Lawyers (Danske Insolvensadvokater).
As a partner in the insolvency department, Anders advises a large number of Danish and foreign companies, including especially financial creditors, on destitute engagements, reconstructions and bankruptcies. He does this based on a commercial, solution-oriented and transaction-based approach that ensures the client the best solution.
Anders’ experience also includes advising both companies and creditors in connection with board and management liability, overturning and creditor rights, including options for conducting legal proceedings. In addition, he assists in connection with general business law matters, just as he has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including the initiation and conduct of court and arbitration proceedings.
Anders is recognised by the leading international rating agencies in insolvency and reconstruction, including Chambers Europe, Legal500 and IFLR1000.
