Richard Milchior is Of counsel.
He advises on intellectual property, European Union law, domestic competition law and health law.
He advises French and foreign clients on issues related to counterfeiting as well as economic and sectoral regulations (health, food).

Career

Richard Milchior began his career in 1979 at SCP Lafarge Flécheux Ghestin, then at Raoul Castelain from 1981 to 1982. He was then a partner at SCP Robert Collin & Associés from 1983 to 1995. He became “of counsel” at Nauta Dutilh until 1999. In 2000, he became a partner at Milchior Smilevitch.

Richard Milchior has been a partner at Herald, formerly Granrut, since 1 April 2005.
