Position

Vincent Siguier has been a partner at Herald since 2015.
He advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law and restructuring.
He advises groups of listed and unlisted companies, in particular in the IT and telecommunications, distribution, industry and health sectors.

Career

Vincent Siguier began his career with Dubarry Le Douarin Veil in Paris and Brussels (1991-1993).
He then joined Fidal’s Rouen regional office as an associate (1993-1999). In 1999, he took over the management of the Paris-West site of Fidal based in Versailles as a Partner. Since October 2013, he has been in charge of the Private Equity practice in the Paris region of Fidal.

Vincent Siguier joined the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Herald, formerly Granrut, in 2015.
