Etienne Rocher is a partner of the Corporate department. He specialises in corporate law, with emphasis on company law as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has a particular expertise in shareholder disputes and the protection of minority shareholders.

Career

Etienne Rocher started as an associate at Tandeau de Marsac in 1986. In 2001, he joined Lesourd Desforges & Associés as a partner.
He joined Herald, formerly Granrut, in 2003 and became a partner in 2004.
