Øyvind Bjørnstad

Øyvind Bjørnstad is a partner at Ræder Bing and heads the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Carl Garmann Clausen

Carl Garmann Clausen is a partner in Ræder’s Corporate / M&A team He is admitted to the Bar both in Norway and in the State of New York, USA. A considerable part of Carl’s work is internationally focused (cross-border M&A transactions) but his expertise also includes domestic corporate and securities law. Carl regularly handles complex contracts in accordance with English/American standards, assignments relating to M&A, stock exchange and securities, as well as banking and finance issues.
