Anders Utne is a partner at Ræder Bing and a highly experienced real estate transaction specialist. He advises Norwegian and international clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, as well as on lease agreements and the operation and management of real estate portfolios.

He has extensive experience from a large number of complex and high-value transactions and is particularly recognised for his role as closing agent, acting on numerous transactions each year. He is frequently trusted by leading law firms and market participants to manage settlement processes, reflecting a high level of confidence in his technical expertise and execution.

Anders also brings valuable commercial insight from hands-on experience as a property investor and executive, including serving as CEO of property holding entities and as board member of real estate investment companies in Norway and internationally.
