Taxes and Duties

Tone Kaarbø is Managing Partner of Ræder Bing and a partner in the firm’s tax practice. She is a highly experienced tax lawyer with a background from both the public and private sectors.

She advises Norwegian and international clients on a wide range of tax matters, including corporate and international taxation, share taxation and personal tax. Her practice includes tax advisory work, preparation of binding rulings, tax disputes and litigation. In recent years, she has been particularly involved in tax issues relating to property development and real estate transactions.

Tone is also regularly engaged in professional liability matters concerning tax advice provided by lawyers and accountants.

She has been appointed as a member of a government expert committee on hydropower taxation, reflecting her recognised expertise within the field.
