Mari Kimsås-Otterbech is a partner at Ræder Bing with extensive and broad experience in employment law, gained through roles as legal adviser, judicial clerk and practising lawyer. She advises Norwegian and international clients across the private and public sectors on all aspects of employment law, including both individual and collective matters.

Her practice includes dispute resolution, conflict management, reorganisations and redundancies, as well as employment, termination and pension-related issues. She has particular expertise within the offshore and shipping industries and has served as a board member of the Pension Fund for Seamen.

Mari is known for combining strong legal expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes and organisational dynamics. In addition to her law degree, she holds an Executive Master of Management with a focus on HRM, applied organisational psychology and business strategy.
