Career

Lina Fassi-Fihri specialises in company law (company incorporation, acquisition operations, joint ventures), commercial law (distribution contracts, supplier contracts), competition law, industrial property (filing of trademarks, counterfeiting), labour law (transfer of employees, layoff plans and assistance with expatriation).

Her clientele consists of multinational companies established in Morocco, listed and unlisted Moroccan companies and public agencies.

She has also been teaching at the International University of Rabat since 2014 and has participated in training at the AMIC (Moroccan association of capital investors). She has published two articles for the 2014 Oxford Business Group’s report, entitled “Moving with the times, changes to the rules governing public contracts”, and in 2015, “Spirit of the law: New regulations are intended to give local communities more control over project implementation”.
