Sarah has 28 years experience in the trade mark industry and is involved in all aspects of trade mark protection and portfolio management which includes clearance, filing, prosecution, oppositions, invalidations, assignments and co-existence agreements.
Sarah also advises in relation to trade mark infringement and passing off and has extensive experience in the filing and prosecution of UK and EU designs.
Sarah is a UK and EU qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Member of CITMA. She is also a member of INTA and sits on the Trade Mark Administrators committee.
