Career
Mary is a partner in the corporate department with a particular focus on international and domestic M&A and venture/development capital investments and start-ups. She regularly handles matters such as UK and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and mergers for both publicly listed and private companies, and development investment as well as general corporate advisory work for private and AIM-listed companies.
Mary advises a variety of clients ranging from multinationals to entrepreneurs, across a broad spectrum of business sectors, including media & publishing, technology & digital, travel & leisure and pharma/biotech/life sciences. Mary is the joint-head in the firm’s Publishing and Media practice.
Education
Mary graduated from the University of St Andrews with a first class degree in History in 2006 and gained distinctions in both her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
