Partner in corporate. Andrew advises clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, flotations and off market fundraisings (private equity, venture capital and high-net-worth investment). With previous experience as an in-house lawyer and as a corporate financier, Andrew has a commercial approach to advising clients and looks to provide added value to clients by leveraging his and the firm’s extensive network of relationships. Andrew advises a broad spectrum of clients in a number of sectors but has a particular interest in the financial services and technology sectors and with businesses investing in Africa.
