Career
Daisy is a partner in the employment team at Fox Williams. She advises on all aspects of employment law and HR-related issues both for employers and senior executives. Daisy has a particular focus on the financial services sector and frequently works alongside the firm’s specialist regulatory lawyers. Daisy is also a member of the firm’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime specialist group. In addition to her financial services focus, Daisy is also a key member of the firm’s natural resources sector group.
Daisy’s work encompasses a wide-range of HR matters including executive service agreements, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy exercises, termination packages and settlement agreements. Daisy has extensive tribunal experience having advised on disputes including in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
