Career

Andreas primarily advises public and private clients on the realisation of construction projects. A key focus of his work as a lawyer is the support and implementation of EU-wide and national procurement procedures for public sector projects, for example with regard to the tendering of planning and construction services for schools and gymnasiums, kindergartens and day-care centres, hospitals, town halls, sewage sludge treatment and sewage treatment plants as well as wastewater treatment plants, museums, airports, forensic institutions, etc. Andreas also has extensive expertise in the areas of municipal water and wastewater law.

Education

Andreas studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and completed his legal clerkship at the government of Upper Bavaria, among others. He was admitted to the bar in 2002. Before joining avocado rechtsanwälte, Andreas worked for the law firm Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein.
