Career

Stephan Kleber studied law at the Universities of Tübingen and Heidelberg. After starting his career as an in-house lawyer for a large German real estate company, he took upthe management of the Munich branch of Vivico Real Estate and was in charge of the development of numerous conversion projects of former railway sites in the Munich urban area.

Since 2012, he has been working as a lawyer specialising in planning and building regulations law. He advises property owners and municipalities in urban land-use planning and building approval procedures as well as the conclusion of urban development contracts with respect to all related legal matters. A further focus on his practice concerns property law and heritable building rights.
