Career

Philipp Ess has particular experience in advising and litigating in patent law, unfair competition law and licensing law. In the context of M&A transactions, he advises on liability, risk and transferability of IP / IT assets.

In addition, Philipp Ess especially deals with the prevention and prosecution of industrial espionage. Furthermore, he focuses on information technology law as well as commercial and distribution law, in particular e-commerce and full-service support in setting up web stores.

Technological and scientific cases are his passion.
