Career

Since 1991 he has been practicing as a lawyer in Frankfurt. Prior to founding the Frankfurt office in 1998 as a partner he worked for several years for a renowned large German law firm. Christian regularly advises medium-sized companies as well as national and international corporate groups on all issues of corporate and commercial law, in particular in the context of transactions and reorganisations. He also specialized in Real Estate Transactions. He provides legal advice to several banks, e.g. in financing or in litigation, in particular regarding consultancy liability or prospect liability. Christian is distinguished through publications and seminars on corporate law.
