Admitted 1991, he was specialising in labour and employment in two law firms before he joined avocado rechtsanwälte. Thomas regularly advises medium-sized companies as well as national and international groups in labour and employment law. Focuses are negotiations with works councils, restructurings, negotiations of social plans and balance of interests, transfer of business (TUPE), localisations of US and UK contracts, unfair dismissal and litigation.

Thomas is founder of the network „Low Performance Management“ with more than 1,100 managerials as members. Thomas is distinguished through publications and seminars in labour and employment law.
