Constantin Kurtz is specializing in patent litigation and other technology related disputes like trade secret cases. He represents German and international businesses before all relevant German courts, in particular before the Dusseldorf, the Munich and the Mannheim courts as well as the Federal Patent Court. Moreover, he is admitted as a legal representative before the new Unified Patent Court. He works in all technical areas with a particular focus on mobile and telecommunications (defending smartphone and TV set producers in SEP cases), semiconductors, fastening, automotive, fire and security, and mechanical engineering. Constantin Kurtz is experienced in complex IP litigation matters including preliminary injunctions, inspection orders and cross-border cases with parallel litigation in a variety of jurisdictions.
