Brian specialises in the procurement of complex construction and engineering projects across the road, energy, real estate and health sectors. He also has expertise in the Space and Ports sectors.

He has particular expertise in advising on contracting strategy and dispute avoidance to enable clients to achieve the project outcomes they wish. He has many career highlights over the past 20 years, but recent examples include advising Great Ormond Street Hospital on its major Phase 4 redevelopment, advising Goonhilly Earth Station on the upgrade of its estate and acting as a strategic advisor for many of the region’s key highways and regeneration projects.
