Clemens Harsch has worked at SAXINGER in Linz since 2007 and completed his lawyers’ examination in 2010. Since 2014 he is partner at SAXINGER in Linz.

Clemens Harsch advises international and national clients on corporate law in the area of mergers & acquisitions, on national restructuring law and general corporate law. In the field of banking and finance he advises banks and other financial institutions in regulatory affairs as well as banks and investors in questions of liability.


Between 2000 and 2005, he studied law at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz and then followed this with a postgraduate course at Strathclyde University (Glasgow) in the special field of IT & Telecommunications Law which he completed with distinction.
