Wouter Helder has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He advises on establishing funds, joint ventures and on hotel transactions. Wouter acts on behalf of national and international private equity funds, large and midsize companies, informal investors and management.

Wouter is visiting lecturer at the ASRE (UvA) where he teaches courses on corporate structures and joint ventures. He also gives lectures on the new legislation for the Dutch private liability company ('Flex BV Wet' and 'Wet bestuur en toezicht'). Wouter has been with Lexence since 1999.
