Erik Lind primarily works with advice and negotiations in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital market transactions and general company law and works in this context both with active owner funds, financial advisers and industrial players, both nationally and internationally.

In recent years, Erik has had a particular focus on actors within the health and care sector, including health technology, and through numerous transactions and ongoing consultancy, he has built up extensive experience and industry understanding within this field.
