- Advised Deka Immobilien on the acquisition of Newmarket Yards Hotel and the leaseback to Premier Inn, reported at €36 million.
- Advised on the acquisition of Douglas Shopping Centre on behalf of Urban Green Private for a reported €23 million.

Areas of practice: The practice is structured primarily with a corporate team and a commercial property team, with a finance team which has grown rapidly in recent years, all supported by a dispute resolution team.
The corporate group deals with a wide range of corporate transactions across a diverse spectrum of industries, regularly on a multi-jurisdictional basis. The team has considerable experience in M&A, business acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and equity investment.
The capital markets section of the corporate group, advises on clients’ capital market and corporate finance activities and is recognised as having particular experience in assisting clients to admit to AIM and the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange. The team also has expertise in bond issuances.
The property group advises on all aspects of commercial property for both international and domestic clients, including real estate funds, developers and property advisers . The team has been involved in some of the most significant property transactions in Ireland over the past decade, acting in the acquisition of a large number of notable hotels, office developments and retail developments.
The finance team at OBH Partners advises abroad range of banks, credit institutions and corporate lenders on corporate and personal finance transactions and associated security, including asset backed structures.
The firm’s dispute resolution team supports its corporate and property teams, advising the firm’s clients on disputes arising from corporate acquisitions, shareholder/minority issues and contract disputes.
