A legal consultant, Egyptian national, obtained the higher license degree in Shariah and law from Al-Azhar University in Egypt in 1989, a member of Egyptian Bar association since 12/01/1991, he has associated with the Office since 1996,attended many training courses and forums in the field of commercial arbitration, specialized in administrative, commercial and shariah lawsuits, arbitration and labor lawsuits, he is a chartered arbitrator at the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
