Career
A legal consultant, Egyptian national, graduated from the faculty of law in 1983. He worked as a lawyer in Egypt as from 1983 to 1990, and member of Egyptian Bar Association, enrolled as a lawyer at the supreme constitutional court and cassation court since 2008. Mr. Al-Badiny has associated with the Office since 1412H as legal consultant specialized in commercial and labor lawsuits before all types of courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preparing, drafting and reviewing all contracts, in addition to incorporation of all types of companies and amendment of its memoranda of association, liquidation of Saudi and mixed companies, obtaining investment licenses for foreign and mixed companies from the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
