Career

A partner lawyer and CEO of the Saudi Office, Lawyers & Consultants. As a Saudi national, born in Riyadh in 1984, Mr. Al-Suwailim obtained his bachelor degree in laws (LLB) from King Saud University in Riyadh 2007, and he was the third in the order of his graduated class. He associated with the Office in the same year, and thereafter obtained his master degree in law (LLM) from the University of Southern California in USA in 2010. Thereafter, Mr. Al-Suwailim rejoined the Office and obtained the license to practice law No. 47/33. He presided over a legal advisory team at General Authority for Tourism and Heritage between 2013 to 2014 as a project of the Office, and he participated in many tasks such as the revision of Urban Heritage Implementing Regulation for Antiquities, Museums and Urban Heritage Law and participated in a research entitled (The Legal Protection of Urban Heritage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia “the Reality and Prospect”). Furthermore, he participated in preparing the National Charter for the Protection of the Urban Heritage and many different studies and consultations for the General Directorate of Legal Affairs.
He continued to work at the Saudi Office, Lawyers & Consultants, specializing in commercial consultations and lawsuits, incorporation of companies, and amendment of their memoranda of association, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, protection of intellectual property rights, and consultations, in addition to handling administrative, insurance, banking and labor lawsuits and other rights lawsuits. Besides his mother tongue, the Arabic language, he is fluent the English language both speaking and writing.
Mr. Al-Suwailem has a prominent role in settling many disputes through conducting amicable settlements and reconciliations. He participated in many conferences, forums, lectures and memberships such as:
1- Member of the Saudi Bar Association (SBA).
2- Chairperson and member of the Lawyers Committee in the Region of Riyadh at the SBA.
3- Member of the of the Legal Society Committee in Riyadh at the SBA.
4- Member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
5- Member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
6- Member of the International Trademarks Association (INTA).
7- Chartered notary under license No. (1050/39) issued by Ministry of Justice.
8- Certified translator in the field of translation from Arabic language into English language and vice versa, licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
