Tove Andersson has worked with advice on environmental and energy law since 2003. The work covers everything from large-scale environmental permit processes in different industries to environmental and energy law in transactions.
The main area of expertise is environmental permit processes for which she is often engaged as lead counsel within different industry sectors. The energy sector is one her top niches and she works with many of the leading companies within the wind power industry. Also, the rock material industry and the waste industry have been in focus for a long time. In addtion, the food sector has become a growing segment.
Further, Tove regularly assists in water trials, matters regarding various forms of environmental supervision, the handling of excavated masses, grid connections and species protection issues. The rapid development regarding major solar power plants and energy gases, not at the least hydrogen gas, thereto gives rise to regulatory issues. Different forms of environmental responsibility as well as environmental and energy law in contract negotiations and transactions, often involving international companies, is a central part of her business.
Tove has special knowledge in insolvency related environmental law within the mining industry and regarding liability issues concerning natural disasters.
