Position

Madalina Paisa is a Partner at Mitel & Asociatii coordinating the Corporate & Commercial and M&A practice of the firm. The advice provided to clients includes M&A and private equity transactions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, disposals and corporate restructurings, corporate governance issues (both in one-tier and two-tier systems), spin-offs, privatizations, mergers, advice for the meetings of the management bodies of companies, structuring of complex corporate schemes, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and of shareholders agreements. Madalina is also specialized in complementary areas of expertise, such as personal data protection, banking and finance, energy, natural resources, labor law and competition law. Her clients are renowned corporations, domestic and foreign companies, State-owned or private companies, strategic investors, local entrepreneurs, investment funds, private equity funds, central and local public institutions and authorities.
