Robert Uhl is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a Local Partner at Deloitte Legal, specialized in dispute resolution and corporate law.
He deals with disputes from area of civil law and commercial law and is especially focused on litigation with regards to real estates (e.g. fees for perpetual usufruct of the land). He also represents Clients before administrative bodies and administrative courts especially in cases of zoning plans and building permits. Additionally, he represents Clients in criminal cases, especially when it comes to actions to the detriment of the creditors.
Robert also supports Polish family businesses in succession planning projects involving the planning and implementation of handing over the family business to the next generation.
